About us

For CJ Faison, auctions aren’t just business—they’re in his blood. Growing up around the fast-paced world of auctions, he saw firsthand what worked—and what didn’t. While others were content running things the old way, CJ saw a massive gap in the market, especially in Delmarva.

Sellers weren’t getting the exposure they deserved. Buyers weren’t being engaged the right way. And too many auctions were relying on outdated marketing, weak technology, and the same recycled strategies that left money on the table.

So, he built Motivated Auction Group—a new kind of auction company that does things differently. With a modern, data-driven approach, CJ and his team bring high-energy marketing, strategic bidder management, and a level of transparency that’s been missing from the industry for too long.
